T. Mullen's Vino Voices Returns - Welcome To The Winemakers' Cooking Companion

T. Mullen's Vino Voices Returns - Welcome To The Winemakers' Cooking Companion
New cookbook to be launched in June

The Vino Voices web log Vanished—from a Virus.

Boom! Gone. The web log disappeared in late 2025.

That's actually for the best.

It was time for change. Time for a new platform, new mailer (with better anti-virus software), fresh topics and videos.

Vino Voices is Back!

Ten years I began assembling material for a cookbook titled The Winemakers' Cooking Companion.

After delays, moves, decisions regarding a publishing platform and nine years of contributing to Forbes, the book is completed and will be released on June 12th this year as a hardback and paperback.

It includes over 100 recipes from winemakers, winery chefs and winery owners from 18 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.

A 1-minute video overview is below, as well as a video with music.

There is also a website specifically for the book, which is here.

This Week's Recipe

From The Winemakers' Cooking Companion, here is a free downloadable spring recipe for simple, delicious Balsamic Asparagus. This comes from a winery located in Kansas, USA. Winemaker George Hoff of Stone Pillar Vineyard contributed this.

Vino Voices, The Book

This site is named after a book I wrote about a decade ago, but did little to publicize. This summer the book Vino Voices—Wine, Work, Travel, Life will be republished in hardback and paperback. It includes interviews with 50 people from a dozen countries who work in the world of wine. The explain why they love what they do. I'll let you know when this book is re-released.
